Returns & Exchanges

DSMNY E-SHOP accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 14 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain items, including sale products and intimate apparel, are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Log into your account or visit our returns portal to request a Return Authorization (RA) number within 14 days of receiving your order.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Attach the pre-paid shipping label provided in your authorization email to the outside of the box, covering any previous tracking information.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and retain your tracking receipt; refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of arrival at our warehouse.
